    "Usha is blessing when it comings to selling my home. My house was listed for over 3 months by another realtor and needless to say it didn't sell. The most stressful part was that we had already bought another house from the builder and we needed our home sold before wecan move in the new one. Dilemma was we were about to stuck in 2 home mortgages. Usha's excellent knowledge and tactics and communication skills, experience definitely helped in selling my home. Once we listed our home with her, it was sold in less than 2weeks and priced exactly the same as we did before. She had her photographer take excellent pictures and I think that helped in marketing my home. She was easily reachable at any time.
